Terms & Conditions

The following Giveaway is organized by BateriHub (“BateriHub,” “the Organizer,” “we,” or “our”) and is open to walk-in customers at BateriHub retail stores only (“contestant(s)” or “you”). The Terms and Conditions below shall be binding on you. Entry and participation in the Contest shall be deemed as your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Organizer
BateriHubThe Organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule, cancel, or extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice.

2. Campaign Period
7 April 2025 to 6 May 2025

3. Giveaway Rounds
There will be 2 rounds in this giveaway, with winner announcements as follows:

• Round 1: 7 – 20 April 2025 | Winners Announcement: 21 April 2025

• Round 2: 22 April – 6 May 2025 | Winners Announcement: 7 May 2025

4. Eligibility
Open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above, except employees of BateriHub.

5. Entry Requirements

1. Customers must purchase any car battery brand from BateriHub.

2. Purchase “Voltzy” for only RM10.

3. Like and follow the official BateriHub Facebook and Instagram accounts.

4. Snap a photo with “Voltzy.”

5. Post the photo on your Facebook or Instagram profile with the caption “Bateri Kong? BateriHub Kan Ada!”, tag @BateriHub, use the hashtag #BringVoltzyHome, and ensure your profile is set to public.

6. Winner Announcement & Cash Prize Collection

• A total of 100 winners for the Spend & Win: Bring “Voltzy” Home Giveaway will be selected fairly via a third-party application to ensure full transparency.

• Winners will be announced on BateriHub’s official Facebook page on 21 April 2025 (Round 1) and 7 May 2025 (Round 2).

• The Organizer will contact winners to arrange cash prize collection.

• Winners must provide proof of purchase (receipt).

• The Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes with other items of equal value without prior notice.

7. Other Terms
The prize will be deemed void if:
(i) The purchase was not made during the campaign period (7 April 2025 – 6 May 2025).
(ii) The winner fails to provide proof of purchase (receipt).
(iii) The winner fails to provide the necessary information within the stipulated timeframe set by the Organizer.

By accepting the prize, winners grant permission to the Organizer and its agencies to use their name and/or photo for publicity, advertising, and/or marketing purposes without prior notice or compensation.

By participating in this contest and/or providing your personal data to the Organizer, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy contained in these Terms and Conditions and consent to the Organizer’s processing of your personal data in accordance with that Policy. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Organizer harmless against any loss, damages, costs, claims, actions, or liabilities arising from your breach of this warranty and representation.

The Organizer has taken reasonable cautionary and security measures to ensure the safekeeping of all contestants’ personal data and requires all third-party data processors to comply with the same standards. However, the Organizer may disclose contestants’ personal data if required to do so by law, or upon receipt of a search warrant, subpoena, or court order.
