  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of e-commerce marketplace operations on Shopee and Lazada, covering listing, content, assortment planning, and overseeing ratings and reviews.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales target on e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee & Lazada).
  • Execute and optimize performance metrics across various digital channels for efficiency, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok ads, and others, to maximize Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Produce weekly and monthly digital performance reports with insightful analysis to continually enhance channel growth.
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to ensure a robust return on investment (ROAS).
  • Identify and address marketing performance issues, conduct root cause analyses with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4).
