Terms & Conditions

The following Giveaway is organized by BateriHub. (“BateriHub”, “Organizer”, “we” or “our”) and is open to walk-in customers from BateriHub retail stores only (“contestant(s)” or “you”). The Terms & Conditions below shall be binding on you. Entry and participation in the Contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by you of the Terms and Conditions.

1. Organizer
BateriHub
The Organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule, cancel, or extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice.

2. Campaign Period
24 August 2024 to 21 September 2024

3. Winner Announcement
The 50 winners of the “Snap & Win” Giveaway will be randomly selected from the Snap & Win giveaway campaign post comment section on BateriHub’s official Facebook page on 22 September 2024. The winner announcement will be made on 23 September 2024 on BateriHub’s Official Facebook page.

4. Eligibility
Open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above, except employees of BateriHub.

5. Entry Requirement
1. Any walk-in customers from BateriHub retail stores need to purchase any of these car battery brands: Voltec Titanium, Voltec Premium, or Century MF12.
2. Customers are required to leave a 5-Star Google Review to redeem a mystery gift, limited to stock availability, while stock lasts
3. Like and Follow the Facebook and Instagram accounts of BateriHub and Century Battery Malaysia.
4. Customers are required snap a photo with new car battery or with BateriHub’s retail assistant.
5. To join the giveaway, customers are required post the photo in the comment section along with the review, and share this post.

6. Winner Announcement & Cash Prize Collection
The 50 winners of the “Snap & Win” Giveaway will be randomly selected from the campaign post on BateriHub’s official Facebook page on 22 September 2024.
The winner announcement will be made on 23 September 2024 on BateriHub’s Official Facebook page.
A cash prize of RM100 will be given to each of the 50 giveaway winners.
The Organizer will contact the giveaway winners to arrange for cash prize collection.
Giveaway winner is required to provide proof or purchase (receipt).
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other prizes of equal value without prior notice.

7. Other Terms:
The prize is deemed to be void if:
(i) the purchase of the battery was not made during the campaign period (24 August 2024 – 21 September 2024).
(ii) the winner failed to provide proof of purchase (receipt).
(iii) the winner failed to provide the necessary information required within the stipulated time set by The Organizer.
The acceptance of prizes by the winners is taken as permission being granted to the Organizer and its agencies to use the name and/or the photo for publicity, advertising, and/or marketing purposes without prior notice and/or compensation.

By participating in this contest and/or providing your personal data to the Organizer, you warrant, read and understand the Privacy Policy enclosed in these Terms and Conditions and you want consent to the Organizer’s processing of your personal data in accordance with said Privacy Policy. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Organizer harmless against any loss, damages, costs, claims, actions, or liabilities occurring due to your breach of the aforesaid warranty and representation.

The Organizer has taken the relevant cautionary and security measures to ensure the safekeeping of all contestants’ personal data and requires all third-party’s data processors to comply with the same measures. Please note, however, that the Organizer can present the contestant’s personal data should it be required to do so by law, or by a search warrant, subpoena, or court order.
