Keperluan :

  • Minimum Diploma atau kelayakan setara.
  • Boleh berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Mandarin, Bahasa Inggeris & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam industri automotif, khususnya industri bateri akan menjadi satu kelebihan.
  • Graduan baharu digalakkan memohon kerana latihan akan disediakan.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik.

Job Description

  • Maintain a proper filing system to ensure organized and accessible documentation.
  • Perform accurate data entry and key in information as required.
  • Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) on an as-needed basis.
  • Complete tasks and reports as requested by the Superior.
  • Responsible for the overall administration functions for all courses.
  • Identify and researching potential clients, markets and business opportunities.
  • Generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events and leveraging digital marketing strategies.

 

Job Requirement

  • Minimum SPM holder.
  • Must be able to communicate in Chinese.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Job Description 

  • Able to handle full set of accounts (account payable and account receivable) and all financial reporting activities.
  • To monitor full sets accounting for all branch from bookkeeping accounting entries to fully sets accountings including Trial Balance, Income Statements, Balance Sheets, GL, Inventory Control, Reconciliations, and monthly reporting and checking.
  • Debtor and creditor management including reviewing aging and reconciliation record.
  • Prepare detailed journal entries and account analysis.
  • To assist in account transactions, account checking, verification & follow up.
  • Prepare timely monthly bank reconciliations.
  • To ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date monthly accounts, cash flow statement, staff claims and various reports.
  • To assist in collating, analyzing, summarizing and preparing accounts information and trends for finance reports, audit & tax purpose.
  • To prepare a monthly Budget report breakdown for presentation to management review meeting.
  • To liaise with external parties such as company secretary, auditor, banker, tax agent and so on.
  • To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

 

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Mandarin Speaker is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills as well as attention to detail.
  • Experienced in accounting software is added advantage (especially in Autocount)
  • Good in computer applications (Microsoft Words, Excel).

Job Description:

  • Assist in managing e-commerce marketplace platforms (Shopee and Lazada) to optimize e-store operations, including traffic, conversion, product listing, content, ratings, and reviews.
  • Assist in generating reports for e-commerce platforms (Shopee nad Lazada), review order summaries to ensure that all the data is accurate and complete.
  • Assist in writing website article blogs in Malay and English.
  • Conduct market research to identify and understand target markets, develop marketing strategies for e-commerce platforms and websites.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events and retail campaigns (if any)
  • Assist in creating contents for engaging social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Assist in the execution of end-to-end KOL/Influencers, liaising with KOLs and brands for related product reviews.
  • Work closely with the team members in brainstorming, planning, and executing marketing strategies.

Job Requirement: 

  • Undergraduates pursuing degrees in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business/Marketing, eCommerce, or equivalent fields.
  • Proficient writing skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese are a plus).
  • Keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude with a “everything is figureoutable” mindset.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of the camera for content creation.
